Wholesale Edition Guide

The following guide is a process to familiarize you with how to use the PlantX Wholesale Edition.

• Launch PlantX by opening Connex. When the PlantX login window appears, type in your user name and password. Click the Login button, select the specific PlantX program you wish to run and click OK. Connex will install or upgrade the required program pieces and then launch the selected program.


• Follow the steps below to familiarize yourself with PlantX features:


• Add Materials
• Add Catalog Items to inventory
• Add Crops
• Add Locations
• Add Supplies to inventory
• Add Customer Accounts or import basic information from a CSV file.
• Create a sales Order
• Allocate Supplies to an Order
• Assign a Load to an Order
• Add a Truck
• Assign a Load to a Truck
• Create an Invoice
• Post a Load Invoiced
• Post a Load Shipped
• Change an Order status to Confirmed
• Enter a Payment on a Customer Account
• Enter a Credit Memo on a Customer Account
• Account Maintenance
